The Series
This is a vintage trials series, in classic non-stop style, with gates for each difficulty level.
The Classes
Pre- '65
Triumph Cub, Honda CT 90, Greeves, BSA Bantam, Matchless, AJS, etc.
Twin-Shock
Bultacos, Fantics, Honda TLs, Montesa COTA, Yamaha TYs, all other twin-shock motorcycles
Modern Bikes are encouraged to ride for fun in support of Rick Wolff.
The Lines
Easy
Novice Riders
PITS Equivalent: Family Trial 3/2 Line
AHRMA Equivalent: 3/2 Line
Medium
Intermediate Riders
PITS Equivalent: Family Trial 1 Line
AHRMA Equivalent: 1 Line
Hard
Old School Hardman Class/ Expert Riders
PITS Equivalent: Class A Clubman
AHRMA Equivalent: Line 1++
The Rules
Non-Stop
No stopping or pausing. If you dab, just keep going. Floaters are king, hops are lame.
Gates
You must go through the designated gates for your line. There is no "right way" just go through all of your gates.
Championship
Championship Awards are based on your total points from the series. Only your best 4 out of the 6 events will count, so your two lowest-scoring events are dropped.
PITS Membership Required
Annual: $100/Single or Family
Weekend: $15/Single or Family
AMA Membership
For PITS Membership, you must have an AMA Membership. AMA Membership
